Tiane and Co. is currently collaborating with Yons Associates in Bobo Dioulasso to undertake the strategic planning of SOFITEX in Burkina Faso. SOFITEX is a mixed economy company with 6,500 employees, responsible for the commercialization of cotton, contributing to 4% of Burkina Faso's GDP.
Objective: To support SOFITEX in developing a five-year strategic plan.
