The firm is the result of its founder's passion for the structural transformation of Africa and the leveraging of her experiences across different continents and various international institutions and organizations in the field of economic development and institutional reforms.
Since 2017, Tiane & Co. has been providing strategic advice and supporting stakeholders in both the public and private sectors.
Operating from Paris and Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic situated at the heart of Africa, the firm benefits from an extensive network of experts worldwide, particularly across the African continent, who are experienced and committed to Africa's transformation.
Tatiana Yangoupandé is passionate about the structural transformation of African economies. She has around twenty years of diverse experience with national and international organizations, notably through planning, evaluation of public policies and digital transformation.
In particular, in 2021, she was Minister Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Central African Republic in charge of digitalization and the development of programs with technical and financial partners for one year and in 2019, Advisor to the Minister of Finance and Budget for two years.
It is in this capacity and under his leadership that the Ministry of Finance and Budget initiated its first reforms in the digital field, notably through the “Patapaye” mobile salary payment projects.
She previously held international positions and these allowed her to carry out numerous projects for various international institutions and organizations in the sector of economic development and institutional reforms. Indeed, she was Head of the Entrepreneurship program within the Economic and Digital Francophonie Directorate of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) in Paris and for more than 8 years, Consultant expert in strategy and public policies for the PGF firm based in Ottawa.
She holds two master's degrees, one in strategy and foresight from the International Institute of Management in Paris and the other in public administration from the National School of Public Administration in Montreal.
